Import page is where to manage one time imports of the data.

1. Field Specification

1.1 Manual Import

Manual Import is where to import data for any selected routes.

1.2 Info Text Configuration

Info Text Configuration is where to manage information texts of routes.

1.3 Address Mapping

Address Mapping is where to import incorrectly spelt addresses and to map to correct addresses.

2. Flow of Events

2.1 Manual Import

To manually import tours, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Base Data > Import > Manual Import
2. Select date to import
3. Select tour records from grid
4. Click Start button and the data will be imported
   • Note: Import details could be configured in Administration > Action Processors 

2.2 Info Text Configuration

User can define information to be sent per route by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to Base Data > Import > Info Text Configuration
2. (Optional) Click Edit button to add a default message
3. Select delivery date
4. Click Add button and select Type
5. Select available routes in Targets
6. Input Info Text
7. Click Checkmark

For future texts that have not been sent yet, user can select the desired record and edit the information.

2.3 Address Mapping

In TourMonitor, user can upload address mapping lists to manually correct wrong addresses by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to Base Data > Import > Address Mapping
2. Click Upload button
3. Select address mapping file from local PC
4. Click Import
